New Teaching/Learning Project!

Next Oct 2022 I’ll be starting a new adventure! Giving workshops for Advanced in Fuengirola/Las Lagunas, once a week, a two-hour session, and then guidelines for some audio and language work with original materials, so you can come to the workshop to share the fruits of your joyful labor!

On this website you’ll find all the information, in downloadable docs and video format too.

Old students can form a special group with 12 members and get a the special price of 53 euros a month (four workshops). Regular workshops will be with up to 8 students for 80 euros a month.

Well, after a few years with no time to come here and share our work, I’ve finally managed this summer to pull our shit together! I hope I did not forget anyone, but it’s likely I did, so please, let me know!

It’s really exciting to see years pass and gather work on allowing people to develop a feminist intelligence and learn about women’s work, including leading the feminist struggle!

It’s particularly exciting to think that perhaps next year, if we’re lucky and lots of people pitch in, we might create our first Feminist Cultural Week at our School, EOI Fuengirola.

The Herstory Oral Presentation

Our first Herstory project, an Oral Presentation by 2015-16 C1 students, video recorded in December 2015. It is really exciting because we think there is nothing like this online in EFL Learning.

December 2015: The first 8 videos include notes by the teacher, correcting the student’s mistakes. The exercise everybody needs to do is learn to listen and spot the mistakes, to work on one’s own List of Mistakes and learn to listen to oneself as one speaks.

January 2016: The next 8 videos have no notes by the teacher, and students are expected to watch and say which mistakes people made.
